Step 1: Main Steel Structure Frame Installation

🔧 1.1 Install the Ground Beam

Place all corner joints and ground beams on a level surface.
Connect the corner joints and beams using bolts.
Do not tighten the bolts completely. Keep them slightly loose to allow for adjustment.
Use a measuring tape to correct the diagonals and ensure the frame is rectangular.
Use a spirit level to check that the base is flat and leveled.

🧱 1.2 Install Ground Purlins

Start with the two middle purlins.
Use a ruler or measuring tape to verify the distance between purlins matches the corner joint size.
Once aligned correctly, tighten the bolts and proceed to install the remaining purlins.

🏗️ 1.3 Install Vertical Columns

Stand up the four steel columns at each corner.
Keep bolts slightly loose at first.
Use a level tool to ensure each column is perfectly vertical.
Once verticality is confirmed, tighten the bolts securely.
